By accessing, registering on, or using the PH369 online gaming platform available at ph369.app (hereinafter referred to as "PH369," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph369 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using ph369 if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of ph369.
• Using ph369 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH369 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the ph369 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your ph369 account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

PH369's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph369 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your ph369 account:

• Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked.
• Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to ph369.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
